Dave Bell was excellent in his communication, and all the little details that go into buying and selling a home at the same time. He was more than willing to travel over two hours away from his office to show us several properties we were looking into, and he has his clients best interest in mind during both the selling and buying negotiations. Overall we were extremely pleased with Carpenter and Dave in all interactions.
