My husband and I cannot recommend Dave Bell enough. He is energetic, professional, always reachable, patient, and has great integrity. Once we signed on, he immediately went to work marketing our house. The pictures were incredible. We had multiple offers even before the one and only open house and were able to accept an offer after only 5 days. When we had trouble with the home inspector, it was Dave that saved the day. He reassured our buyers and pointed out the errors in the report. My husband and I are convinced that Dave is the reason we didn't lose our buyers. On top of that, because of the multiple offers we were able to sell our house for more than the listing price. If you are looking for a realtor, Dave's your man!
