Dashondra walked me through the home buying process every step of the way. I relocated to the area, so her local knowledge came in handy. With Dash, I was able to see properties virtually and it eliminated some of my worry given that I hadn't fully moved from my home state, didn't want to travel back and forth in the pandemic, but wanted to secure a property before moving. Going through the home buying process it can feel like there are 1000 steps to make and even more documents to sign. I appreciated the detail she was willing to provide about every document I signed. She was never bothered by my many questions and encouraged me to understand everything. This is key! her ability to negotiate on my behalf was also great. As a buyer in a sellers market, that was crucial to landing a beautiful home, in a popular neighborhood, within my budget. She is very responsive, honest, and all around a great person. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!
