My husband and I have bought and sold multiple properties in the Tulsa area over the years and we haven’t always had a good experience. However, Darryl and his team at EXP Realty are amazing! Darryl always makes sure you understand every step of buying or selling. He makes sure you are NEVER taken advantage of and is always working in YOUR best interest. He won’t push you towards something that is wrong for you or your family- just for the commission. He actually listens to what YOU want and need! Some examples - We sold our first listing (a rental property we had) with EXP Realty in just 7 days, over asking price, and closed super quick - that was 2020, before the sudden housing shortage/demand. The virtual tour made all the difference! Darryl worked with us to make sure the house showed well online, in the virtual tour, and in person. He also made sure we really considered every offer we were presented - explaining the pros and cons of each one. Then, he acted as our realtor, when we bought a house with him in 2021. It was another great experience! Due to COVID restrictions, Darryl did several FaceTime viewings with us to find the perfect property. He was patient with us through the whole crazy “Can we see this one? will you go now?? It came on the market an hour ago!?!” process. We are currently getting our former home ready to go to market. I expect another stellar experience since we have decided we won’t use anyone else but Darryl and EXP. Darryl and EXP Realty are, hands down, the BEST!!!
