Darron was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of selling and buying a home. He had patience and honesty and didn’t let our emotions get in the way of finding exactly what we wanted. Good getting back to us with any questions and went to great lengths to explain the details of his job. Was willing to travel back and forth to the house with minimal complaints. The negotiation part - we explicitly asked to keep our refrigerator. But he incorrectly marked the forms, so after moving it out of the house and into storage - we had to return it in order to close the sale. With a previous offer, buyer requested some items that we agreed to, but Darron overrode our answers and told them otherwise. Said he was looking out for us. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time and I'm sure he did the best job that he could. The house did sell after significant price drop.
