We just closed the deal for our new house through Darren. He is awesome in a number of ways, 1. Knowledgeable. He breathes South Bay, down to being able to drive you by memory through any street. Or knowing the exact (invisible) line that separates North Redondo from Hermosa Beach 2. Contractor intuition and experience. He has both built houses and sold them, and it shows. He can guide you with thoughtful advice regarding house refurbishments, from who to talk to how much it would likely cost 3. Even after closing, he has been devoting hours to helping us out, for example with remodeling 4. Genuinely nice and caring. Self-explanatory, but he goes out of his way to be helpful and provide a long-term relationship. When we decide to sell our house and look for our next purchase, Darren's name would be a no-brainer As good as it comes.
