Im a very satisfied first time home buyer!
I thought I knew what I wanted in a house until I started looking at them and realized what I wanted and what I could afford were two different things! Darren helped me make a list of my absolute must have features and we found the perfect house within my budget. He was able to negotiate the sales price 10k below asking and I couldn't be more satisfied. His customer service and willingness to answer my questions were really unmatched. I will use him again for my investment properties in next few years.
