Darren had a bit of an unusual assignment in that instead of finding me a house, he helped me find a builder and oversee construction progress of my house as I was from out of town. He took his job very seriously and sent me photo updates along the way. He was with me at all construction meetings and the final walk through. He encouraged me even when I had certain issues arise. Darren was able to give insight at every step and worked tirelessly to find me a home that fits all my needs and then some.

Darren was very helpful in that he helped me make a good offer with negotiations and also was very helpful with facilitating the inspections and what was reasonable to ask the owners to fix before we buy. He was very good with communications and keeping all documents in the works to meet deadlines, etc. He is very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.
