Darren advised me to pay full price, so the seller fixed everything in the inspection report. The mortgage advisor he directed me to work with was very helpful, available and quickly answered my inquiries, guiding me through the whole process to settlement. I submitted the contract on July 12, and settled on August 13, which is very quick. All and all, l was impressed by how knowledgeable Darren was and he was very professional. He answered all my questions , l am so glad he was my agent. Buying a house can be extremely stressful, it is invaluable to have someone who really knows what he is doing. His strategy to offer full price really sealed the deal because the seller had reduced the asking price and l ended up paying $15,000.less than the house appraised for. So l instantly have equity.
