Darren is an amazing realtor agent. As a first time homeowner, we were very nervous going through purchasing a house. There was so much details in the process and at times we felt lost. He was very knowledgeable, helping us navigate through the process, and made it easy and simple for us understand every step of the way. He was professional at all times, communicated with us even at times where there was no news. Just reached out to see how we were doing/feeling. He was very personable. Again, this was a big purchase for my wife and I. He connected with us on a personable level, able to relate to what we were going through and gave us advice. At such a big moment in our lives, not only did he help us with the purchase, but he really gave us the confidence and encouragement we needed. He really had our best interest in mind and it came across. Even before when we were shopping for houses, he would take a look and ask us good questions on the property, the pros and cons of the house, the neighborhood, distance to work, school, friends. Places where we thought was perfect turned out to be something that wouldn't work and he helped us see that. I can't say enough great things about Darren. He is an absolute professional and great at his craft. If you are looking for a realtor, he is your guy.
