Darren Couch

Something I never thought I'd do...find a fabulous realtor sight unseen on the internet! We were coming out to Denver this past spring so my husband could interview for a job and we knew nothing about the area so...I went online...stumbled upon Darren Couch and his great reviews and contacted him. He was so generous with his time when we got to town and on a Sunday, no less. He spent quite a few hours driving us around to different areas and talking about Denver and surrounding towns so we could make an informed decision about moving here. Who does that? Well, we moved here in the middle of May and Darren helped us find a fabulous house by the middle of June. Darren is a great listener and responder. He was on top of every detail from start to finish...we never had a moment of concern! It was also a great benefit to have a realtor who has built homes and so he orchestrated and oversaw a very thorough home inspection! We also did not get into a bidding situation because Darren did such great due diligence on the neighborhood and we put in a very solid offer that was accepted and that was that! So we recommend Darren to everyone who is looking for a realtor and feel blessed to now call him a friend!

I can't say enough good about our experience with Darren. He was very knowledgeable, and his years as a builder proved to be real life saver when structural issues about the house we were under contract to buy came to light and he was able to find and resolve all the tough questions in time that we could get out if needed. He definitely went above and beyond for us.

Darren is a top notch realtor and an overall excellent guy to work with. He has helped me buy two houses, and sell one, all of which have worked out precisely as I expected. I highly recommend working with him. He listens and understands the details what you are looking for. Then, he integrates that with his experience in order to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions in every step of the process. Buying/selling a home is always stressful (it's likely your largest purchase), and Darren does a great job of alleviating that by being a great easy-going guy to work with. I'm pretty stoked on my new home, but if I were to move again, I would definitely go with him.
