We were out of state buyers w limited time in Georgia to look at properties. Darren sent us properties often via email ahead of our visit so we could identify preferences. When we arrived in Georgia, we met and in short time, Darren honed in on our needs, likes, wants . He had a list of properties each day and we viewed and discussed in an organized fashion so as not to waste our time. His advice was priceless. We ended up buying a property Darren sent via email that we did not get to see in person since it was a new listing. He Facetimed at the property with us and we agreed this was the one. After purchase, when we did see in person, we were delighted that this would be our new home. Darren was our eyes and helped us choose wisely based on our preferences and budget.
