We are so happy we choose Darren as our realtor. Darren went above and beyond. Our property was not your typical 3 bed 2 bath ranch house nor an easy sale. Darren walked us through every part of his plan to get our home sold. He was honest, and correct, about expectations and the market. He even met us at the county offices to ask questions about permits, surveys, wells, etc. He was proactive making calls instead of waiting for calls to come in. He sold our home quickly and for a price we are happy with. He made what can be a very stressful experience an enjoyable one.
