I have had the experience of working with Darren on buying a home, and then selling a home. In this case selling. In spite of a down market, and having a home that is very niche centered (would have to have a certain type buyer), Darren kept the course and guided us through. He has a vast amount of experience, and listing to him, we were successful in selling our home, and at a fair price. Not planning on ever moving again, but if we did, Darren would be our first call.
