I met Darren at the open house. He’s honest, professional and showed great integrity while he worked to close the house. Darren has a great team ranging from financial professionals to the title company which ensured that everything went smoothly and all questions or problems were addressed. He accurately predicted the appraisal, which came in more than $50K below the market, and then worked diligently with my own personal lender to challenge the appraisal, getting it raised to the final selling price. The whole process of closing this deal was long and stressful but Darren remained professional, even when he had to leave town for a week, he was still easy to contact and made sure someone was available to address my concerns. Overall, Darren was able to advise me close the house below my purchase limit saving me money and added stress.

This could have been scary, this could have been frustrating.... but it wasn't! It was because of the expertise and knowledge Darren has at his fingertips. His marketing is not just fliers and online postings. There is the build up of mailers, coming soon and open house postcards. We picked the worst time of year to sell, and the amount people who came through the door was astounding. The amount of money over asking blew us away. In addition to his ability to sell, came his knowledge of all the paperwork and laws that comes before, during, and after the close of escrow. He took all the confusion out of so much I didn't understand. Giving me the "why" & "what could" happen with every point of question. He's local knowledge of the Berryessa marketplace is awesome. Even more so, our HOA complex. I know this added to the bottom profitably line. I believe so much in his abilities that I've already recommended his services to 4 of our neighbors. Really you can not go wrong with Darren, but it could cost you dearly if you don't pick the right realtor.
