He put on an open house very shortly after listing. He got a buyer and handled everything with grace. He worked with us on repairs, found a repairman and made sure the work was done. He was honest, upfront and kind throughout the entire process. Darrell Smith and his sweet wife made our lives so much easier throughout what could have been a very stressful time.

He has a "let it slide" attitude instead of being your advocate and detailed oriented. Also not great about getting back to you. I would not use him as a buyer's agent.
