Darrell is phenomenal. He is experienced so he knows the market, but he does things systematically and has so many connections that he can walk you through buying and selling a home step, by step, by step. He gives you explicit instructions, timelines, reminders, and makes the process easy while also having so many connections to help with home improvements, inspections, etc. I’ve bought two houses and sold two houses with Darrell now and there’s no way I’d use someone else. Got a full price offer both times, and on the first he took over for a realtor who couldn’t sell the house. Darrell is the best.
