Stellar Customer Service from Darrell Reynolds at Remax. Above and Beyond Expectations

Rate My Agent I live in Indiana and was looking to purchase a home in Kentucky. Darrell with Susan by his side were there to help me accomplish this. He went way out of his way (even with his own extenuating circumstances) to help me find my home. He was there to guide, assist and answer any questions I had, even when they seemed to be "dumb ones". He gently led me in the right direction and was there to explain each step along the way. He did all this with me being out of state. I highly recommend Darrell and Remax. His customer service was second to none, exceeding my expectations every time.” “I was completely impressed AND grateful with his patience and professionalism.
