Mr. Bailey found me my first investment property; in a great up and coming location and negotiated me a great deal for a newly renovated, off the market multifamily home. In addition, he mentored me through the entire endeavor, I came out of the experience with not only a great investment but he also taught me how to "fish". Within a month of closing Mr. Bailey and his team procured me tenants and I went into my first mortgage payment very financially sound!!
