You really can't ask for a better agent than Darrel. He is thoughtful, thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. He stays on top of every detail without fail, and he went above and beyond in many ways throughout the sale of my previous home and especially in the purchase of my new home; both of which consisted of unique and difficult circumstances. I will recommend Darrel to anyone who asks for recommendations for a real estate agent to sell or buy their home. In fact, I'll recommend him if I overhear a stranger who's thinking about buying or selling their home! He's the best.

Darrel was referred to us from an acquaintance who told me "you can't find a more experienced realtor anywhere. He will treat you right". That is just one of compliment that we used to select his services. Other traits that come to mind are: dependable, honesty, hard-working and a great listener. Probably what we appreciated most was the dogged determination to find someone who would appreciate our house's value and communicate this to the buyer(s). He was easily available and prompt in keeping all appointments. Darrel guided us through all the necessary paperwork in an expert manner. He assisted us through one offer which involved several counter offers over a drawn out period of time. That process was very time consuming, frustrating and confusing. Ultimately we did not accept it. Shortly thereafter we signed a contract for the full asking price. Determination and experience was essential to achieve such a favorable outcome. That is Darrel !!
