My husband and I have been working with Darra Williams for the last six months from selling the home I owned to helping us find our dream home as a newly wedded couple. My husband and I have been working a lot of hours and with four children time isn't always on our side. Darra came to our home to provide us with all the details for selling our home. Within days Darra called us with amazing news that we got an offer on our home. She made the selling process super easy and within a month the home sold and we were looking for our dream home. After going back and forth trying to decide if we wanted to buy a re-sale or build, Darra was there to support us in every decision. We told her the area we wanted to be in and what we were looking at for our large family. We decided on the journey to build in during the long five months process Darra was there to keep us on track and reassure us that it's all going to be worth the wait to get exactly what we wanted. With our home being sold so quickly we were living in a small apartment unfortunately after the builder moved our closing on the house three times and the lease was up, Darra came to our rescue again by going above and beyond by sending a letter to the builder explaining our situation. In return we were able to close and move into our home with days to spare and didn't have to pod all of our stuff, kennel our large dog and live in a hotel while we waiting to get our keys. At the end of this long journey we didn't just have a realtor we had a heartfelt caring person that truly cared about our family and that we will be forever grateful.
