Darlene was contracted to help purchase my new home and did a wonderful job. She was very helpful in finding potential houses and scheduling times to visit. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She helped make the process as smooth as possible. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell / buy a home.

due to the death of our father, myself and 3 brothers contracted Darlene Williams to sell his home. we were very concerned about the selling process due to the fact that there were 4 sellers and how complicated this might be since.we all live in different parts of the state. Ms. Williams assured us that it wouldn't be a problem and that she would make it as smooth a transaction as possible.. to our amazement, Darlene,( as we now call her our friend ) sold the home in 3 hours!!! I know this is not the norm, but we were estatic!!!. any problem that arose with the paperwork between the buyer and the brothers, Darlene would actually go pick up the paperwork and hand deliver it to the different parties concerned.. she absolutely took the bull by the horns!!! please excuse my spelling, but it is rare that I write a review at all, much less one that is so well deserved... that's for your time and god bless...
