Darlene is truly the archetype of a realtor. She is a master at it and her confidence in her craft and knowledge in the Florida market will give any first time buyers and any real estate investors what they need to make a good decision and get a good deal. For my specific situation Darlene helped me out of a very unfortunate and sad contract with another realtor. I lost two homes before coming to Darlene and once I spoke with her, i was under contract in 2 days. She connected me with her lender who was spectacular (Tim from Century Financial Group). She took my calls and texts in the early mornings and late nights. She was honest and pushed the boundaries in negotiations to get me the best deal for a 5br in my neighborhood in the past 3 years! She covered my home warranty, she paid for a reinspection when the gas was not turned on, and she even went to the house herself to do a walkthrough for me when I couldn't.
