Five Stars Are Not Enough!

We first met Darlene when we had listed our house ourselves on Zillow. Darlene asked to meet with us knowing we were not yet ready to list with an agent. She was professional, courteous, helpful and not in the least bit pushy or arrogant (as were some others we met with). Darlene continued to follow up with us periodically to see how we were doing. We were so pleased with her professionalism that we knew we wanted her as our agent when we were ready to move forward. Throughout the entire process, from listing to closing, Darlene was there and always responded to calls and texts immediately. Between Darlene and the title company who she had set us up with, we were continually provided with timelines, updates and necessary paperwork requirements. Darlene is well versed in the market and knew how to list our house and for what price and our house sold on the first day! We faced one small glitch as we were getting near to closing, but Darlene was able to handle it for us quickly and efficiently and all went smoothly. We would not hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in a very painless manner. Thank you, Darlene -- you were amazing!
