When it began to seem like my budget wouldn’t meet all my needs, she was adaptive and helped me navigate those trade-offs. In the end, we found a great property that worked for my situation and closed on it well within budget. She also provided great references for contracting work and was incredibly helpful even when I couldn’t be there in person. She showed up on time, stayed on top of everything, and managed it all while juggling other clients. She made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.
