I can't think of a single aspect of Darlene's performance that could have been improved. The woman must not sleep or eat! She is always available to her client, day or night. And I never asked her a question relative to the real estate market that she could not answer (or find the answer quickly). If I had more property to sell, I would only make one call; that would be to Darlene Hanson.
