Darlene was the most amazing agent and person. She went above and beyond for my husband and myself many times when she didn't have too. Darlene knew that my husband was sick and that it was just the two of us and she did everything possible to make our transition as easy as possible. She was helpful, kind, compassionate, caring and such a sweet lady. We were sent to her through a friend and it was the best choice we ever made!
