Sold in two days!

We had our property listed for over 5 years and did not receive any offers. Darlene took the listing at the end of the previous listing agreement with another company. Darlene actually walked the entire piece of property, recommended putting a footbridge to cross the creek so potential buyers could easily access the entire property, she had a soil analysis completed to assure potential buyers that a septic system would be allowed for a home. She had and offer in two days for us. We closed in 30 days. Just a wonderful experience working with Darlene.
