There are some real estate sales people that are all about the sale. They will push you to buy the first house you see. Darlene is not like that. She is patient and kind and not at all pushy. She is also very responsive to texts and phone calls. She works evenings to get contracts done and she’s available for home touring quickly. She has even been available after the home purchase to advocate and help us connect with the seller and contractors to tie up some loose ends on their side. We were randomly assigned her via Zillow and it worked out. We now have a beautiful new home. Thanks for your help, Darlene.
Darlene was great! She answered all our questions and made sure that we found the perfect house for our family. She came along with us to all the meetings and has lots of knowledge about landscapers and movers to help out too.
We just closed on our new home today in Oro Valley, and my husband and I have been so impressed by Darlene. We are not always the "easiest" clients when it comes to real estate purchases and Darlene more than rose to the occasion ! Throughout the last year and then some, while trying to find and purchase a home "virtually" from Maine, Darlene was so understanding ...and helpful..and "On It". With the real estate market being as crazy as it has been we were never sure if we would be able to find. the right place let alone be comfortable enough to complete a purchase without our "boots on the ground". But Darlene helped us sort through the various options out there, visiting homes for us and clueing us in via video calls to help us narrow down the right place until we had a chance to see it for ourselves. My husband and I would recommend her (and have!) to our friends and family...and for us that is ultimate "seal of approval".
Darlene not only helped my mother and I find the perfect house for our needs. She helped us with everything every step of the way from loan agencies to vendors. Even after our house closed she helped us with a few small things. Overall I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

She was very knowledgeable of the area, competitive sales prices and the best areas to relocate. She did a great job negotiating with the seller's broker and we were very satisfied with the final number. In addition, she helped us locate contractors to fix some minor maintenance issues both before and after closing.
