Working with Darlene was an amazing experience. We were referred to her by family members, who raved about her and highly recommended her. They were absolutely right, and we’re so glad we listened to them. Darlene was patient and understanding. She never batted an eye when we changed our minds as to what we were looking for, and was always extremely accommodating. Her response time was unbelievable. Whenever I reached out to her - regardless of whether it was a phone call, an email, or a text - I would hear back from her literally within minutes. Besides her professionalism, she also became a confidant. She was caring and compassionate – and fun! When we found our dream home, she went to bat for us, and made sure that we got what we wanted for a fair and reasonable price. In addition to working with Darlene on finding our new home, she also sold our previous home. There were a lot of ups and downs with the buyers, but she handled the situation incredibly. She was always willing to answer our questions and guide us in every way possible. We truly enjoyed the time we got to spend with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Seriously – don’t even consider working with anyone else!
