We engaged Darlena for a second time, to purchase a house in Lakewood Ranch. Following our first purchase in 2011 we had total confidence in her.We are based in the UK.Because of Covid we did not see our new development, or the model homes until after completion of our purchase. Without Darlena, purchase of our new home remotely from the UK simply would not have been possible.Numerous hurdles were thrown up that would have derailed our purchase but everyone of them was dealt with swiftly and professionally by Darlena.In addition her calm and amicable character helps nullify the stresses involved in a home purchase.
