We engaged Darlena for a second time, to purchase a house in Lakewood Ranch. Following our first purchase in 2011 we had total confidence in her.We are based in the UK.Because of Covid we did not see our new development, or the model homes until after completion of our purchase. Without Darlena, purchase of our new home remotely from the UK simply would not have been possible.Numerous hurdles were thrown up that would have derailed our purchase but everyone of them was dealt with swiftly and professionally by Darlena.In addition her calm and amicable character helps nullify the stresses involved in a home purchase.

Darlena helped my wife and I find a home on Longboat Key where we plan to spend our retirement years. She gave us expert guidance every step of the way - from our initial search for properties to the finer points of making a strong offer to the complexities of closing the deal. We would have been lost without her assistance. At every point along the way she was responsive to our needs. I can’t imagine trying to find the perfect property for us in the Sarasota area without her.

As I was exploring relocating from Washington, D.C., to Sarasota, I contacted several Sarasota realtors. Darlena was most responsive. On my first house-hunting visit to Sarasota, she spent almost an entire day with me, showing me homes and also showing me around the city. When I was ready to move, she helped me find a rental home. When I was ready to buy, she was ready to show me homes at any time. She's been wonderful to work with! I highly recommend her.
