Darla got the property listed promptly, gave good advice, and followed up as needed.
Darla had our back when it came to the selling realtor stepping slightly out of bounds with some demands. That was nice knowing she was on the ball. The whole process went pretty seamless, and was completed without a hitch. Darla was able to save us a few bucks on closing by choosing the better closing agency for us. I would have had no idea, and been stuck with the extra cost.
