Darin Southam

It was during the initial visit as we prepared to list our home that I got a glimpse of how detail oriented Darin is. He walked through our home pointed things he loved and pointed out a few things we could do to make it more buyer friendly. Small things that I hadn't even noticed, but when we followed his suggestions it made a huge improvement to a given room. He was also patient and an excellent resource for all of our real estate related question.

I can't say enough Good things about Darin! But here are the things that I feel that stand out the most in Darin. 1) He gets the job Done! And is good at what he does. 2) He follows up with you quickly with showings/questions /concerns. 3) He invest so much into you as a realtor! This was huge! 4)He bends over backwards to help make things Happen! - He even came to pick up/clean our home when we couldn't get there in time to do it ourselves! 5) He is Honest and Fair and easy to work with. 6) He COMMUNICATES WELL! And that makes the process that much easier! 7) Best Realtor Ever! Seriously!

I am a very competitive person and love to have competition to optimize cost and value. I have worked with other Real Estate Agents. He is very good at what he does he won my business and I will continue to work with him in the future. He did amazing at contracts, to appraisals, to knowing the market, and in helping to see a lot more value in our home so that he made back his cost and more. I am very impressed with his knowledge of the home industry and his proactivity. Good Job!

Red Carpet? ABSOLUTELY. Darin came into my home and gave us a price point and what to expect. He took some marvelous pictures that really showcased our home and a summary that I felt was spot-on. The home sold quickly and I was on to purchasing my new home. Going through a divorce and needing it finalized before I could sign on the new home, Darin was instrumental in getting the court to acknowledge my divorce case in a timely fashion. He called the court a number of times encouraging the clerks to please have the judge sign my papers. With the end of the year, the court moving offices, judges on vacation, and the holidays ... it was kind of crazy. We were in the closing of the first home when I received the surprise call from the attorney saying the divorce had been finalized. Both Darin and I were surprised, but glad we could move forward on being able to close on the new home. Darin's recommendation for financing was amazing too. In spite of all the divorce challenges, the financing went through very quickly. We signed and closed with what I thought was record time. This was far above the BEST experience I've had selling/buying a new home!! I highly recommend Darin Southam as a real estate agent who keeps his word, follows through, and goes the extra mile to get things done.
