Darin was very professional through the entire process of selling my old house, and the purchase of my new residence. If I needed to speak to him he was always available, day, night, weekend. Our first contract on my old house fell through due to some repairs that I need to make to the roof. Darin was able to point me in the right direction to get repairs done fast, and effectively so that we could get the house back on the market. I never felt stressed or, unsure during the entire process. Darin always was laid back, calm, and collected. He knew how to handle any situation, and always made me feel comfortable through the process. Moving out of one house and into another is stressful enough. I am glad I had him there to handle the sell, purchase of my new home, so that I could concentrate on my family.

Darin has represented us in three real estate transactions in the last year. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. Darin was quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails. Although he does not live in the areas we were buying and selling in, he researched the areas and was able to make good recommendations. I will most certainly contact Darin if I have any future real estate dealings.
