When deciding to move forward with purchasing a home, you never come to contemplate all of the facts behind the whole process. We all dream about moving in and all the happiness and excitement, not knowing that real state market is currently a though one, and even though my fiancé and I were financially ready to move forward and make this dream come true, sometimes I hesitated with all the craziness going around and the current market fuzz and overpriced properties. It was not until we contacted Dariel that I started to gain our confidence back, and we both felt again that we were ready to do this, and most importantly that we were in the right hands. From offer advice, to tittle hints, to finance tips, to inspection and appraisal process, we always felt guided. He always had our best interest at heart. To summarize, we purchased our dream home at appraisal price, no extra money out of pocket on top of appraisal price to win the offer or close, 3.5%down FHA loan closed (keys in our hands) within 30 days after sending in the offer.
