This was my 1st home purchase. We looked at a lot of houses and she was very patient.she listened to what I wanted and we found the prefect house! So needless to say, I didn't know what the heck I was doing ,From the offer to signing, reading the contacts etc etc. It was a little overwhelming. Thanks to Daria. She went over everything, word for word and explaining the huge amount of paperwork that I needed to sign. she walked me thru the process and did a excellent job at that. There was a problem with closing and she worked with my finance company and made sure it closed on time.I really don't think I could of got in my home on the date I needed to if it weren't for her. Daria was a real gem to work with . I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great realtor.

Daria is a great realtor for buyers that need a lot of hands on help. As a first time investment buyer, I had a lot of concerns and Daria walked me through the whole process on a 2 on 1 property in Dos Palos I purchased last year (2017). This year I did a 1031 exchange and bought 3 single family homes in Merced with her help. Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience. I am now with a property management company and all units are rented with leases.
