Daria helped my wife and I with our first short sale purchase. We had been warned that this could be slippery slope with a tremendous amount of work. I could not believe how much Daria did on our behalf. The work she put in made this (truly) one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. This was the first time I thought a real estate agent really made a huge difference.
