I typically do not give perfect ratings, but I believe that Darren and our realtor Tracy Aslanian truly deserve it. While searching for our first home, my wife and I knew very little about the process and what to expect. First, we were not pressured in any way to buy any house. We started looking in November, and we saw about 30 houses over a 6 month stretch and at no time were we pressured to buy. Second, Tracy was always available for us when we needed her. Not only was she there to see/look at houses, but to give professional and home owner advice. It was very reassuring to know she was there for us whenever we needed her. Lastly, when our eventual home came up on the market, she made sure we saw it before the open house which helped us immensely in the buying process.
