Don Swinney did great job in helping sell property during extremely busy real estate market. The number of requests to look at the property far exceeded the our ability to show it to that many people. The property was basically sold within a week with best and final offer on Feb 14 after actually showing it to only about 15 people. The final sale price also exceeded the asking price beyond our expectations. Property was a single family home converted to a 3 unit rental many years ago which made it a one of a kind on the market at that time. Don helped negotiate through some of the obstacles encountered during the sale.
