Daren's local advertising got our attention about a year before we decided to sell our house. We knew when the time came that he was going to be the realtor we would go to. Daren answered all questions that we had. He provided excellent pricing recommendations, an outstanding photographer for the listing and was available every step of the way. Daren was able to sell our house for asking price the day before it actually went on the market. We highly recommend Daren!
