Dare was unbelievably amazing in working with myself and the seller on my purchase. Not only did she work with the seller who was not always easy, but was able to get me a price that I could work with. She was able to get everything set up seamlessly, kept me in constant communication with what’s going on what’s needed what’s good what’s bad. Every conversation was exactly what was happening what I needed to do and she made it makes sense for a first time home buyer here in Virginia. Any time that we had to talk I felt that she truly had my best interest in mind, and I never felt that she was leading me on with anything. I highly recommend Dare for anybody’s home buying or selling agent. When I am in the market again, I will certainly be reaching out again!
