Dare helped the reviewer sell this property

I am so glad that I chose Dare to be my realtor!

I am so glad that i chose Dare to be my realtor. I interviewed many different realtors an 100% satisfied with her professionalism and respect that she gave me. One of the main reason I chose is her because she was willing to work with how high maintenance I am. We had many meeting conversation about the the best way to sell the house. There where different things that we decided to do in order to get the most out the house and Dare had someone that could completed the job quickly while doing good job with out breaking the bank. The huge thing that really impressed me the most was when it was time to arrange the house for pictures she was right there with me moving the heavy furniture around. I personally don't imagine many others doing that. I would have to say that Dare really exceeded my expectation from the start. From the time the house went on the market there were showings almost every day and when it came down to accepting an offer it was nice to have multiple offers in hand. I really appreciate everything that Dare did for me that allowed me to sell my house quickly and with out to much stress LOL. I really enjoyed my time with Dare and would recommend her for anyone that looking is looking to buy or sell a house!
