As a resident and homeowner/RE investor since 1999, I have had the opportunity to see Jersey City change and grow into one of the largest cities in New Jersey. I am a local expert having lived in this city for almost two decades and am actively involved and well-known in my neighborhood and community. Pitch perfect on process and logistics.

Darden has been a JC resident for many years. He knows the city, the neighborhoods and has a reputation for being execution oriented while always remaining a trusted advisor. Great pre-consult combined with suggestions on how to best position the property. I would highly recommend hiring Darden and his team as your agents.

Darden helped us sell what was a challenging property for asking price and with multiple offers. Before hiring Darden I spoke with a few other realtors who pushed to start at a much lower price and obviously were not enthusiastic. Darden and his team worked from day 1 to get staging, presentation and other aspects right and worked hard to get us an offer ASAP.
