Darcy is a wonderful agent; she listens to everything you want in a home and guides you to the correct one. She is very knowledgeable and thinks of everything you may forget about when looking at houses because it can become overwhelming. I looked at many houses and had thought I would never find my new family home. Darcy kept encouraging me and telling me it may take some time, but when you find it or it finds you, you will know. She was always available to me no matter what time or day. I feel a good real estate agent is priceless, and Darcy is that if not more! When I finally found the new home, I have now Darcy was a major part of the reason because of her negotiating skills and ability to "read" into what is going on behind the scenes of the whole process. I know I would not have this home today if it wasn't for her. Darcy made the process as easy as possible for me, she kept me appraised of everything that was going to happen next once the bid was accepted.
