I called Darcy after my landlord said I had to be out in 30 days. It wasn't the best of circumstances to look for and purchase a new house since my wife and I have two-year old twins. We discussed out circumstances with Darcy and told her what we were looking for in a home and a price range that we could work with. She first hooked us up with a mortgage broker hoping to get the lowest interest rate and we found a home with a closing 9 days after my lease ended. That broker called me on the day we were moving out to inform me that he couldn't help me. That was a let down but that's not Darcy's fault.
