Two months prior to our initial home hunting visit, Darcy diligently worked with us via phone, email and text to identify and prioritize our preferences. He used this information combined with his expertise to compile a customized list of homes for us to view. On the first day of searching, we found the perfect home because of his preparations and sincere opinions. He even negotiated the inclusion of blinds in the price which allowed us to not rush for window coverings. Darcy took on what would normally have been our role in the construction process if we lived in the area. He checked the status weekly and sent us video clips so we got to experience the excitement of watching our home in progress. He also assumed our role in dealing with the sales manager, construction manager and home inspector to ensure everything was satisfactory all the way up to the first and final walkthrough prior to the closing process. Even after closing, Darcy continued to extend his services by volunteering to inspect our home to ensure the small remaining construction fixes were completed. Darcy is honest, patient and passionate about his work. He really listened to our desires and concerns. In today’s society, Darcy is truly a breath of fresh air. Because of Darcy, finding and purchasing our retirement home was effortless. We could not have chosen a better real estate agent than Darcy who possesses the qualities and provides service that goes over and beyond just a job.
