Very communicative realtor, a true partner!

I really appreciated Darcy's communication throughout the entire process. She was very on top of things and in touch with me frequently. I felt like working with her was a great cooperative effort. She always consulted with me before any decisions and gave great insights based on her market knowledge and how her other listings were performing. We got our house sold for very close to asking even though it was a difficult time of year (mid-election and into the holidays). Darcy was a great negotiator on our behalf! I would definitely work with her again.
