Excellent Professional Agent

Darcy was the seller's agent. We chose to work with her, to save the seller money so we could make a lower offer. Also, as seller's agent, she knew the seller and house better than an agent we could have used, which was valuable. WE did this recognizing that her fiduciary duty was to the seller. However, she worked well with us and was fair to us. The experience, in the end was valuable to all parties and allowed us to resolve issues quickly. When a potential issue came up Darcy dug into get getting the information and records we needed to re-assure us that it had been property addressed. This was no small task, and she was quickly on top of it. She salvaged a sale for the seller in a matter of a couple of days. Darcy is very personable and very knowledgeable. I would be glad to use her services again. She is honest and up-front and we are glad to have bought the house she represented. Darcy is the best!
