We found our Dream home and were able to sell our first home (closing on both the same day) (March) because of Darcy and her being such an amazing Agent!! Darcy provide expert advice on prepping my home and in setting up the weekend open house and in setting a fair price that would get quick but very satisfactory results. She had 3 good bids by the end of the first weekend and all three bids were above my asking price. Very smooth transition from home owner to seller.
